Job Description:

  • Daily contact with current and potential clients and Team Members
  • Be the first point of contact for all future clients and team members. So you must be good on the phone.
  • Sales and Schedule all new clients
  • Follow up on all leads
  • Input Client data into all software systems that we use.
  • Daily interaction with current client – future clients and our Rockstar Cleaning
  • Follow up on Quality Surveys
  • Meet and exceed sales goals!
  • Follow up with quality concerns and notify OM.
  • Follow all Company Procedures/Processes

Job Requirements

  • 2 years recent Sales experience.
  • 2 years recent Customer Service experience
  • Upbeat and helpful phone presence
  • Helpful: Microsoft Office (word and Excell)
  • Helpful: Experience with Infusionsoft/Keap
  • Helpful: Experience with Jobber (CRM)
  • Helpful: Experience with Sales in the house cleaning industry
